About This Product

Features ◼︎High-precision measurement of thicknesses of tens of microns using 125MHz high-frequency ultrasound Ultrasonic thickness gauges can measure thinner objects with higher precision as the ultrasonic frequency is higher. This product supports high frequency ultrasound up to 125MHz, making it possible to measure thicknesses of tens of microns, which was previously impossible to measure. For example, it is possible to measure plastic objects as thin as 12.7μm (the measurement range varies depending on conditions such as the shape and material of the object). ◼︎Multi-layer coating materials with up to 6 layers can also be measured Multilayer coating materials are used in a wide range of fields such as automobile parts and aircraft parts. This product improves the software algorithm and increases the calculation processing power during measurement. This makes it possible to measure in real time the thickness of each layer of up to 6 layers + the total of multiple selected layers, which was difficult to measure with conventional products. It can be applied to multilayer coatings on base materials such as metals and resins, and to control the thickness of coatings. There is also a simultaneous A/B scan display function to visually check the thickness of each layer.
