About This Product

■Summary

Roller chains are used in a wide variety of fields, including steel, cement, machine tools, and heavy machinery, as a key component for transmitting power from motors and other devices. In applications where a particularly large load capacity is required, it was common to use two rows of chains to increase the breaking strength of the chain itself. By layering plates on the inner and outer plates of a single-row chain, this product achieves nearly twice the breaking strength of conventional chains, even though it is a single-row chain. It maintains approximately 95% of the breaking strength of 2-row chains and can be used with sprockets for 1-row chains. Additionally, the width of the chain is approximately 25% smaller compared to the two-row chain, and the weight is approximately 5% smaller, resulting in space-saving and lighter weight. If the usable conditions are met, you can benefit from total cost reduction.
