About This Product

Synergistic effect of dimple processing + DLC. Improved oil film retention performance. Composite specification of DLC coating (a-C:H type). DP-DLC is a composite specification of DLC coating (a-C:H type) with dimple processing applied to the base material surface of DLC standard membrane <DLC-EX>. Low-temperature film formation means less distortion or deformation of the base material due to heat, and it has a good reputation for its smooth and hard film quality. Dimple processing using shot peening creates countless indentations on the surface of the base material, which improves the ability to retain oil films such as lubricants and mold release agents. It is effective in improving the durability of sliding parts used in oil and punches with high friction.
