About This Product

Realizes a delicate grip. Equipped with a closed loop stepper motor. 2-claw/3-claw types available. Maximum gripping force 50N

■Approach a wide variety of work with a “delicate grip”- Operating current can be set in 1% increments, allowing fine adjustment of gripping force.
・Grasping Capable of grasping workpieces that are easily damaged or deformed.
・Align It is possible to align the orientation and position of the workpiece.
・Measure It is possible to judge the size of the workpiece and measure the size.

■The EH series is recommended over pneumatic grippers for more delicate movements.・Gripping force adjustment in 1% increments (2-jaw/3-jaw) Regulator (pressure reducing valve) adjustment with pneumatic gripper is not required. Digital settings allow you to easily and finely adjust the gripping force.
・Speed ​​adjustment in 0.02 mm/s increments (2 claws) No need for speed controller (speed control valve) adjustment using pneumatic gripper.
・Travel adjustment in 0.02mm increments (2 claws) A gripper that takes advantage of the high positioning accuracy of a stepping motor.
・Position monitor with ABZO sensor (2-jaw/3-jaw) Detailed position information can be monitored. With the two-claw type, position information can also be used to determine the size of the workpiece.
