About This Product

Ideal as a motor for winding, tension adjustment, and pressing together. Motor torque can be adjusted by adjusting voltage. Output 3~40W

■Speed ​​can be varied over a wide range due to drooping characteristics

Motor torque is proportional to the square of the voltage, so you can change the rotation speed by changing the supply voltage.

■Suitable for winding work

When winding something that comes out continuously at a constant speed with a constant tension, the relationship must be such that if the diameter of the reel doubles, the torque will double and the speed will be halved.

■Can be used for restrained driving

Torque motors, unlike induction motors and reversible motors, are designed to provide stable torque even when the motor is locked or at low speeds close to locked. It is suitable for applications that require static torque, such as when pushing objects, or for loads that are normally in a restrained state at the end of a process. When using the 100V input type continuously, the voltage is 50V. When used at 50V or higher, it is rated for a short time, and when used at 100V, it is rated for 5 minutes.
