About This Product

■Plate spring processing

At Kyowa Hearts, we specialize in "fine, precise, and complex" leaf spring processing. We are particularly good at manufacturing contacts for computer connector parts, leaf springs, etc. There are various examples of "curling", which is the process of curling plates for round connectors and contacts, such as straw-shaped, Tsuzumi-shaped, and Drop-shaped (as we call them). When processing leaf springs, an understanding of the properties of the material, especially the accumulation of data backed by experience regarding springback, is essential. We can also create parts drawings based on your specifications. Once we have the drawings, we will first make a prototype and check its performance. Prototypes can range from 1 piece to around 100 pieces, using blank processing such as laser processing, wire electrical discharge machining, and etching, and bending using temporary molds. Mass production is done using precision progressive molds, from a minimum lot of 5,000 pieces to a maximum of over 1 million pieces. Covers all processes involved in development. We also have automatic load testing machines, so please leave the measurement and management of spring loads to us.
