About This Product

■For time of flight measurement (S-5A)

Since there is an opening in the center of the pure silver sample stage that allows laser light to pass through, it is possible to apply high voltage to the sample and measure the transient microcurrent when irradiated with a laser pulse. It is also possible to measure the emission characteristics of laser elements, LEDs, OLEDs, etc. It has an electrical shield to prevent leakage current from the heater.
