About This Product
The R5543 series is a dual power supply type CMOS load switch IC. This product is ideal for distributing secondary power lines such as the output of step-down DC/DC converters. Built-in Nch driver transistor with low on-resistance (Typ. 18 mΩ) achieves low input/output voltage difference and prevents reverse current when off. This product consists of an internal voltage boost circuit, soft start circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, chip enable circuit, UVLO circuit, etc. Achieves low current consumption unique to CMOS. The driver's gate voltage is provided by a soft-start circuit powered by an external power supply (VBIAS). Soft start time can be adjusted with an external capacitor. High-density mounting is possible by mounting it on the ultra-small package DFN (PL) 1216-6G.
