■Advantages of PANDA WZ series

PANDA WZ significantly increases the performance of all types of back pumps in medium and high vacuum ranges. It is especially designed with semiconductor processes in mind. By using a water-cooled motor with direct flange connection, the PUMA WZ mechanical booster is extremely airtight and prevents leakage into the atmosphere. Therefore, it is possible to handle corrosive and toxic gases. Since there is no connection between the motor and the housing, the PANDA WZ is compact in size. This product can be flanged in place on a back pump or system. The operating principle of the PANDA WZ mechanical booster pump is completely non-contact, so no lubricants or working fluids are required in the process chamber. Therefore, maintenance is also kept to a minimum. Additionally, PANDA WZ mechanical booster pumps feature high pumping efficiency and low power consumption. All these factors contribute to lower operating costs. PANDA mechanical booster pumps come standard with a bypass valve. The bypass valve reliably protects the mechanical booster pump from overloading and overheating, allowing it to be used even at high differential pressures.
