■Advantages of PANDA WY series

PUMA WY significantly increases the performance of all types of back pumps in the medium to high vacuum range. It is especially designed with semiconductor processes in mind. By using a water-cooled motor with direct flange connection, the PUMA WY mechanical booster is extremely airtight and prevents leakage into the atmosphere. Therefore, it is possible to handle corrosive and toxic gases. The operating principle of the PUMA WY mechanical booster pump is completely non-contact, so no lubricants or working fluids are required in the process chamber. Therefore, maintenance is also kept to a minimum. In addition, the PUMA WY mechanical booster pump features high pumping efficiency and low power consumption. All these factors contribute to lower operating costs. PUMA WY can be controlled using a pressure switch. When the operating pressure reaches the set value, the pressure switch activates the mechanical booster pump. PUMA WY is also available in a variable speed drive version. PUMA WY has a compact size as there is no connection between the motor and the housing. This product can be flanged in place on a back pump or system.
