About This Product

■Steel panel designed for high precision and durability

This floor system consists of steel panels (filled with lightweight inorganic material) designed for high precision and durability, and support legs standardized for each height. The lineup includes 3,000N specifications (AF-DP, AZ3,000-DP) for general offices and 5,000N specifications (AZ5,000-DP) for server rooms.

The lineup includes 3,000N specifications for general offices (AF-DP, AZ3,000-DP) and 5,000N specifications for server rooms (AZ5000-DP), allowing you to construct a floor system that suits your needs.

■Steel panel filled with lightweight inorganic material

To achieve a solid walking feel, we use a steel composite net panel filled with lightweight inorganic material.

■Support legs with excellent earthquake resistance and layout

Equipped as standard with an earthquake-resistant support that has an earthquake resistance rating of 1G. The lineup also includes support legs that support floor finishing heights of up to 300mm.

■Public Building Association evaluation product

It was evaluated as a free access floor with 3,000N and 5,000N specifications that ensured quality and performance in the quality performance evaluation project of building materials and equipment materials by the Japan Public Buildings Association.

■JAFA certified product

This product has been certified to ensure quality and performance under the JAFA Performance Evaluation Certification System established by the Japan Raised Floor Industry Association (JAFA).

■3,000N compatible

This is a standard type consisting of a steel panel designed for accuracy and durability with a load capacity of 3,000N, and support legs standardized for each height. Please select and use the optimal combination according to the building, usage, etc.

■5,000N compatible

This system consists of steel panels with a load capacity of 5,000N. Ideal for server rooms, offices with a relatively large amount of on-board equipment, areas with high traffic volume, and areas where heavy objects are transported.

■AZ3,000-DP

This is a standard type that is suitable for floor finishing heights of H60 to 300 mm. The panels are filled with lightweight inorganic material and are made of steel composite AZ3,000 panels that provide an excellent walking feel.The supporting legs are height-adjustable and earthquake-resistant DP legs with a panel lock function.
