About This Product

■6,000N compatible floor system that exhibits excellent earthquake resistance when used in combination with an earthquake-resistant frame

This floor system is ideal for rooms where heavy computers are installed, and can be used in a wide range of areas, including laboratories, broadcasting facilities, and control rooms. It is nonflammable, lightweight, and easy to handle, and panels can be easily cut, reducing construction time. Furthermore, there is no dirt or dust, and you can always maintain a clean environment, making it possible to use underfloor air conditioning. Provides excellent earthquake resistance when used in combination with an earthquake-resistant frame.

■Uses aluminum die-cast panels

A heavy floor system that can handle up to 6,000N. It is nonflammable and does not generate dirt or dust, making it ideal for computer rooms, laboratories, broadcasting facilities, control rooms, etc. that contain heavy precision equipment.

■Excellent earthquake resistance when used in combination with an earthquake-resistant frame

By reinforcing the pillars with an earthquake-resistant frame, even higher earthquake resistance can be achieved.

■Dimensions are 450mm square, 500mm square, 600mm square

There are three panel sizes for the duct floor: 450mm square, 500mm square, and 600mm square, and the surface finishing material can be selected from antistatic tile and antistatic tile carpet.

■ Obtained public building association evaluation report

We have obtained quality performance evaluation certification from the Japan Public Buildings Association, which presupposes preferential adoption in public buildings. (SD500A)

■Special prop/pedestal

The structure of the standard pedestal is made of aluminum die-casting, and conductive packing is used on the top surface to provide a grounding effect. We can also manufacture special dimensions according to your instructions. There are 5 types: OA-60, OA-70, OA-80, OA-100, and OA-120. Earthquake countermeasures for duct floors

■Earthquake-resistant construction method for raised floors based on greater safety and functionality

We provide seismic resistance to raised floors in computer rooms and communications equipment rooms, where earthquake countermeasures are especially required, to prevent the floor from shifting or collapsing, protecting both the equipment and the raised floor. We have added flexibility to horizontal stress, which was weak in the past, through the use of seismic reinforcement frames installed between pillars, pillars with earthquake resistance, and methods of fixing to building floor slabs.

■ SD type equipment fixing method

Works together with the duct floor to securely secure the floor and equipment to the building floor.

■FB type equipment fixing method

Flexible installation possible by avoiding cables and piping
