About This Product

Cascade pump that provides high head with small power

■Features

・Achieving powerful high vacuum The two-stage impeller increases the degree of vacuum inside the pump. All models are powerful with an ultimate vacuum level of 2.3kPa. ・Water-seal structure suitable for moisture suction Since it is a water-seal type, it is ideal for suctioning gas containing moisture. There is no need to worry about any negative effects inside the pump. - Hygienic and clean exhaust Since no lubricating oil is used, there is no oil contamination or oil mist. Ideal for handling gases including steam in food processes. ・Compact design Compact motor directly connected type. Furthermore, it is lightweight, making it suitable for integration into equipment. ・Specification with separator The exhaust separator separates the sealed water in the exhaust and prevents water from scattering from the exhaust port. Ancillary items other than the exhaust separator are also built-in, reducing the hassle of piping construction. ・Water-saving specifications A circulation line is provided from the exhaust separator to the pump, and a portion of the sealed water is circulated and used. Saves approximately 60% of water sealing water compared to conventional products.
