About This Product

■Highly accurate ultraviolet intensity (ultraviolet illuminance) measurement possible

Ultraviolet checker ideal for managing UV irradiation equipment, etc. We have added a new light receiving unit, UD-3040T2, which is compatible with UV-LED and has a wide range of flat ultraviolet wavelength spectral sensitivity characteristics.

■Product overview

The industrial UV checker UVR-T2 is suitable for UV irradiation equipment used in curing, sealing and adhesive processing for electrical and electronic components, printing, drying and mounting lines for printed circuit boards, and sterilization processes in various industries. Ideal for lamp intensity management. Based on the measurement results of this device, you can improve your customer's yield by using it to manage conveyor speed, lamp intensity distribution, and replacement timing. It can also be used for lamp management of exposure equipment used in photolithography processes for semiconductors, FPDs, printed circuit boards, etc.

・Stable measurement is possible due to the heat-resistant structure of the metal body (with heat-insulating cover) ・Equipped with various measurement functions: Real-time irradiance (mW/cm2), peak irradiance (mW/cm2), integrated value (mJ/cm2) measurement, correction function installed ・UV-LED compatible (UD-T3040T2) ・Improved ease of use: Equipped with auto mode that sets the optimal range according to the light source illuminance ・By installing a 2m extension unit (optional), measurement can be performed by setting the receiver at a remote location. ・Built-in memory, RS-232C output, analog output standard equipment ・USB bus power operation: USB power supply method can be used ・A measurement program that can be measured on a PC is included as standard.

Four types of light receiving areas are available. You can select the optimal light receiving part according to the wavelength of the UV light source to be managed.
