About This Product

■Able to handle from low viscosity liquid to high viscosity liquid

SiC ceramic gears do not suffer from the galling and seizure phenomena that occur when handling low-viscosity liquids, which can occur with conventional gear pumps, and can be used safely even at high speeds. In addition, silicon nitride ceramic gears exhibit stable performance as high viscosity liquids due to their excellent strength and toughness.

■Can handle fine slurry

Sliding parts such as gears and bearings are made of ceramic. Transfers soft and hard fine slurry liquids over a long life.

■Improved P-Q characteristics

Ceramic gears have smaller clearances between parts than metal gears, resulting in significantly improved P-Q characteristics.

■Excellent corrosion resistance

The wetted parts are made of excellent corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, fine ceramics (SiC, Si3N4), PTFE, and carbon, so it can handle a wide range of chemical solutions.

■Quiet liquid transfer with little pulsation

There is no pulsation peculiar to reciprocating pumps or general-purpose gear pumps, allowing for quiet and smooth liquid transfer. Ideal for handling liquids that do not like stirring or foaming.

■Improved self-priming performance

Because the pump has a structure in which suction is taken from the top, liquid clumps easily form even when the pump is stopped, and it has excellent self-priming performance when restarting.

■Quantitative injection

Even when the temperature of viscous liquid changes, it delivers a fixed amount with an accuracy that cannot be expected from other pumps. In addition, the discharge amount is linearly proportional to the rotation speed, so the flow rate can be easily controlled using a variable speed mechanism. When used as a metering pump, flow control using a flow sensor, inverter, and controller is required.
