■From low viscosity liquid to high viscosity liquid

The rotor made of special alloy does not cause galling even when there is metal contact due to sudden pressure changes, so there is no need to stop the production line. In addition, by adopting a port shape that allows for easy suction, the design is designed to prevent cavitation from occurring.

■Unique seal structure

The unique mechanical seal with a short installation span has extremely little clearance change due to thermal expansion and has a long life. We also offer O-ring seals that are easy to disassemble and assemble, and double mechanical seals that can be filled with water. You can choose the one that best suits your application.

■CIP cleaning and transfer of liquids mixed with soft solids are also possible.

Pumps with mechanical seals can also be cleaned with high temperature water and chemicals using the CIP cleaning system. In addition, a single blade rotor (single rotor) can handle liquids containing soft solids.
