About This Product

This is an injection molding machine that improves the efficiency of manufacturing for those who are trying to realize manufacturing that creates new value.

■Reduction of installation space

The installation area is approximately 0.3㎡. The installation area is 1/13 compared to other companies' 20 ton class molding machines. Equipped with casters on the bottom, it can be placed flexibly to suit your production line. It is also equipped with an automatic product ejection mechanism and runner ejection mechanism, and has achieved a vertical compact design by adopting unique mechanisms such as a rotary take-out arm.

■Dedicated mold that can be replaced and manufactured in a short time

The dedicated cassette mold weighs only 5kg (LS-300 series). It is only fixed with two hex bolts and can be replaced in about 1 minute. It is also possible to manufacture a cassette-in-cassette type that combines a die set with a removable cassette, and by standardizing the die set, mold production time can be significantly shortened.

■Hot melt injection molding is available.

By being able to control injection at low pressure, we have achieved hot melt processing with excellent waterproof and dustproof properties through injection molding. Compared to conventional two-component epoxy resin potting, it reduces man-hours, takt time, and work in progress, contributing to improved productivity.

■Material saving with ultra-small runners

By downsizing the dedicated cassette mold and adopting a unique runner lock mechanism, the spool runner can be reduced to 1/6 of that of a conventional 50t molding machine.

■LS series insert machine

We also offer insert types (LS-300i, LS-715i) that take advantage of the vertical feature and are compatible with high value-added insert molding.

■ML-100 small LIM (liquid silicone) molding machine

Achieves molding of silicone resin (thermosetting) in the world's smallest class of compact space.

■Injection unit

Applying the injection mechanism of the LS series, it is now possible to directly incorporate it into automated equipment.
