About This Product

A lightweight, thin magnet with a built-in generator for construction machinery. Ideal for scrap work at demolition sites, rebar collection work, and loading and unloading work at scrap processing plants. Features

■Lightweight and thin magnet that strongly catches objects

Demonstrates strong adsorption power with a uniquely developed lightweight and thin magnet. Additionally, HM-200T has a magnet diameter of φ1150mm, which is the largest in its class, making it much more efficient.

■Easy to install on hydraulic excavators with crusher piping

By incorporating a hydraulic power generator into the magnet body (patented technology), it is possible to generate electricity from the attachment body. It can be easily installed on a hydraulic excavator with crusher piping without the need for a generator or troublesome electrical wiring.

■ Unique degaussing mechanism instantly releases adsorbed objects

A relief valve is built into the high mag body. Furthermore, by adopting a unique degaussing mechanism, it is possible to instantly release the adsorbed object without the need for drain piping or electrical wiring for degaussing.

■Foot pedal operation for easy adsorption and release

Adsorption and release can be easily performed using the foot pedal on the crusher piping (the forced reverse excitation mechanism instantly releases the adsorbed material).
