■Summary
Since entering the PDM/PLM industry in 1995, at the dawn of PDM implementation in Japan, we have been involved in the introduction of PDM/PLM in the Japanese manufacturing industry for many years. Currently, through the introduction of PLM, we aim to improve QCD in the customer's manufacturing process and create a system to create innovative products.From consulting on design and manufacturing business processes to designing, developing, and designing PLM systems. We are actively engaged in a wide range of activities, including operation and maintenance.
When we first entered this industry, we were good at managing design data such as drawings and CAD data centered on EBOM, but now we are focusing on data management on the production side (process management, collaboration between EBOM and MBOM, and MBOM・Coordination between MES) We also carry out various initiatives centered on BOM, such as managing experimental data in the R&D department and supporting the introduction of MBSE. Our customers span a wide range of industries and sizes, including transportation machinery, electrical machinery, production/commercial machinery, and medical equipment. Under these circumstances, the PLM system that we have been working on continues to operate.
