About This Product

■What is metal closed switchgear?

A general term for devices in which a switchgear is housed in a metal box, and is manufactured in accordance with JEM1425, the Japan Electrical Manufacturers Association's standard, which specifies detailed closure classes, etc. Available in metal clad type, compartment type, and cubicle type.

■What is C-GIS?

This is an abbreviation for cubicle type gas insulation equipment, and because it is sealed and filled with SF6 gas (hexafluoride gas), which has excellent insulation performance, it is less affected by the external atmosphere and can save labor in maintenance and inspection.

■66,000V / 77,000V

This product is a cubicle type switchgear filled with SF6 gas with excellent insulation performance at low pressure. All live parts are sealed in a grounded metal box, so there is no risk of electric shock and it is safe. In addition, the equipment itself is less susceptible to the effects of the external atmosphere and does not deteriorate over time, greatly contributing to labor savings in maintenance and inspection. At the same time, we are now able to offer significant space savings compared to conventional air-insulated switchgear. The lineup ranges from 22kV to 77kV.

■What is SIS?

This is an abbreviation for solid insulated switchgear, and it is a switchgear that uses high-performance epoxy resin as the insulating material. While maintaining the reliability of the past, we have achieved further compactness, weight reduction, and labor-saving maintenance.

■Environmental consideration for the future

With the urgent need to combat global warming, we have created a special high-voltage switchgear that does not use conventional SF6 gas. High-performance epoxy resin is used as the insulation material. In addition, by adopting a new operating mechanism, BMA (balanced electromagnetic operating mechanism), we have achieved further miniaturization, weight reduction, and labor-saving maintenance while maintaining the high reliability cultivated in previous switchgear. . This makes it possible to bring in elevators during renovations.

■Spot network power receiving and transforming equipment

Not only is the power supply highly reliable and easy to operate due to automatic control, but the power receiving circuit breaker can be omitted, contributing to cost benefits and economies of scale. They are also widely used in buildings as low-maintenance power receiving and distribution equipment. Since the request for delivery of the first machine in 1963, we have expanded our lineup from small to large capacity models along with improvements to the system. It is helping to effectively utilize electrical room space in crowded urban areas in recent years.
