■Structure and action
When screwing the FINE U-NUT onto the shaft, the friction ring will come into contact with the shaft thread. As you tighten it further, the friction ring begins to flex along the thread, pressing down on the threaded surface of the shaft.
Prevailing torque (friction torque) is generated by the force P generated by the elasticity of the friction ring and the force P' that pushes the male thread flank surface, and exerts a loosening prevention function.
