About This Product

■Features of mesh demister

The gas contains mist (microscopic liquid phase particles) of various sizes, from relatively large ones called "entrained droplets" to submicron ones that look like white smoke. Mesh demister is a product that captures these mist with its internal striations and separates and removes it. In order to collect mist, it is necessary to apply various chemical principles, but in the case of a mesh demister, most of the mist is collected using the principle of "inertial collision."

■Inertial collision

When the gas with the mist reaches the line, it flows around the line. On the other hand, the mist travels straight due to inertia, so it collides with the line and is collected.

■Direct interruption

Of the mist that rises with the flow of gas, the mist that touches more than 1/3 of the line is collected.

■Brown diffusion

This small mist moves independently of the gas flow (Brownian expansion principle), so it is collected in a line.
