■Execute bin picking smartly

AccuPick 3D provides a new bin picking technology that combines 3D machine vision and deep learning. This fusion makes robots intelligent and enables them to perform tasks previously considered impossible or difficult.

■Reducing training time for recognizing complex workpieces in 3D

It usually takes a lot of time to train a machine to recognize complex or irregularly shaped workpieces in random positions. AccuPick 3D makes that task easier with deep learning. All you need to do is input multiple photo images of your workpiece and let the machine learn to recognize it.

■High-speed image scanning and processing

SOLOMON's 3D vision system consists of two 2.3MP resolution cameras that scan at 0.2 seconds per image, accompanied by a structured light scanner. Regardless of the complexity of the scanned image, it is processed within 1 second. High-speed image scanning and processing helps improve productivity at factories, warehouses, and other workplaces.

■No problem even if you don't have a 3D CAD file

Most common bin picking systems require the end user to input a CAD file. However, many products do not have CAD files available, and end users may not be able to share their CAD files. AccuPick is the perfect solution as the software does the training and learning, so you don't need a CAD file, just upload an image of your workpiece.

■Compatible with major robot manufacturers

SOLOMON's 3D vision system is an open vision system that is compatible with robots from various manufacturers. In addition, calibration of robots and 3D vision coordinates from each manufacturer can be performed using a tablet using a common GUI, so there is no need to spend time learning the teaching pendants of different robots.
