This is a rotary valve that is indispensable for powder equipment such as cutting. Specially designed based on extensive experience to meet the requirements of any powder facility. Our rotary valves are made with thick walls and can be used safely even in harsher environments.

・The casing, blades, and rotor are precision-machined to ensure good airtightness.
・Low distance between surfaces, allowing use in narrow gaps
・Gland packing and oil seal are used for the shaft seal depending on the application.
・Easy structure for disassembly and inspection
-The standard casing body is made of SC material. Stainless steel materials and more wear-resistant materials can also be manufactured.
・Easy to replace parts due to standardization
・Select the rotor from compatible FC and SUS (special designs with wear resistance, high sealing, etc. are also available)
・Motor can be changed depending on specification conditions (motor direct connection type is also available)
・Easy maintenance and operation adjustment by using a general-purpose industrial motor
