■Principle of Variclean

This is an application of an electrochemical phenomenon in which when two metals are penetrated into an electrolytic solution and a direct current is passed, the metal on the anode side dissolves. This is a device that removes burrs from the workpiece by eluting them into the electrolyte by placing the anode workpiece and cathode electrodes facing each other and applying direct current while flowing the electrolyte.

■Features of Bali Clean

- Burrs can be easily removed from areas that are difficult to remove with normal machining. - Since it is not mechanical deburring, no new burrs or burrs will be generated by deburring. ・Can be processed in a short time. - Deburring is possible regardless of the material and hardness of the workpiece. - Burrs in multiple locations can be removed at the same time, resulting in a smooth finish. ・There is almost no wear and tear on tools. ・Can only deburr limited areas. - No thermal distortion or deformation occurs on the workpiece due to deburring. - Can also be used for mass production.

■Configuration of Variclean

・The power supply section, control section, electrolytic section, electrodes, jigs, etc. are all manufactured in-house to create an optimal system. - Voltage and current are electronically controlled to ensure stable quality. ・The electrodes and jigs are cartridge-type for quick installation. - The power supply section is equipped with a high-speed short circuit cutoff system to minimize damage to the electrodes in the event of a short circuit. ・Easy to manage electrolyte to maintain processing conditions. ・The layout makes it easy to remove the sludge generated by electrolytic processing. ・Maintenance is easy by adopting the block build method. Automatically discharges after 6 steps of processing.
