■Principle of Variclean

This is an application of an electrochemical phenomenon in which when two metals are penetrated into an electrolytic solution and a direct current is passed, the metal on the anode side dissolves. This is a device that removes burrs from the workpiece by eluting them into the electrolyte by placing the anode workpiece and cathode electrodes facing each other and applying direct current while flowing the electrolyte.
