Rotary screw compressors reliably supply quality compressed air to production processes in industrial, commercial, and workshop applications. It is the perfect choice for users who require stable pressure for long periods of time. To ensure that rotary screw compressors operate at maximum efficiency, Kaeser has developed a unique special rotor profile. Our Sigma Profile rotors offer up to 15% energy savings over traditional rotor profile designs. Furthermore, airends equipped with Sigma Profile rotors achieve an extremely long service life. The roller bearings we have adopted have greatly contributed to this. Roller bearings are optimally tuned for precision and designed to be sufficiently sized. This, combined with Kaeser's high-end manufacturing processes and minimal manufacturing tolerances, gives you the best possible product.

■Various options - reduced life cycle costs

Rotary screw compressors with oil circulation are used in a wide range of sectors. The product is extremely durable and operates reliably and efficiently at temperatures up to 45°C. Investment costs are therefore relatively low. However, most of the life cycle costs are energy costs (up to 80%), and in fact multiple investment costs add up to energy costs over the life of the compressor. Kaeser rotary screw compressors are therefore equipped with energy-saving Sigma Profile air-end rotors, which save up to 15% compared to conventional rotor profile designs.
