About This Product

This is an insulated probe for oscilloscopes with a cable length of 8m so that you can work safely even in dangerous environments. [+85℃ compatible. ] The entire probe is covered with an insulator, making it a product designed with excellent humidity resistance, high temperature resistance, and voltage resistance.

■What is an insulated probe?

In recent years, power electronic products such as electric cars and private power generation have become an increasingly important part of our lives. As a result, the need to observe the operation of the control circuits of these power electronic products is increasing. However, there are many measurement targets that are high voltage and insulated from the earth, such as tires for measuring electric vehicles and houses for measuring private power generation. Isolated oscilloscopes are designed to maintain insulation between the earth and the observer even when measuring the voltage of an isolated object separated from the earth, making it possible to measure accurately and safely. On the other hand, the probe that connects the object to be measured and the oscilloscope must also be used in such an environment. If observations are made with a probe that is insulated from the ground and has live parts exposed, there is a risk of electric shock to the observer standing on the ground. Our insulated probes are designed to have excellent humidity, high temperature, and voltage resistance, with the entire probe covered with an insulator so that you can work safely even in such dangerous environments.
