About This Product

A built-in booster generates high hydraulic pressure and a high output of 2.6 to 79kN. Since it is a single-acting type, the air circuit is easy. This air cylinder is ideal for short stroke automatic machines.

■Summary

The Power Pack Cylinder is a high-thrust pneumatic cylinder that compactly integrates a hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic generator that can generate high-pressure hydraulic pressure using air pressure.

■Features

- Generates high thrust of 0.5 to 7.9 tons using air pressure alone. ・It is compact, with the same inner diameter as a φ50 pneumatic cylinder, even though it generates 1 ton of thrust. - Control can be performed with a single pneumatic valve, similar to a pneumatic cylinder. - Thrust can be adjusted steplessly by changing air pressure. - Capable of reciprocating operation more than 50 times per minute.
