About This Product
■What is fluid analysis software PHOENICS?
What is PHOENICS? PHOENICS is the world's first commercially available 3D general-purpose fluid analysis software. In Japan, it is called "Phoenix" and has been popular for many years as the global standard for CFD software in research, development, and manufacturing, with over 2,000 licenses sold domestically.
It has the most orthodox fluid analysis algorithm, original shape expression, and cutting-edge calculation capabilities, and is also equipped with a variety of calculation functions such as two-phase flow, free surfaces, chemical reactions, solar radiation, and radiation. Even after 40 years, it remains extremely reliable and has reproduced various phenomena in a wide range of fields.
The Core package performs thermal-hydraulic analysis including basic turbulence, the Advanced package adds free surface, chemical reaction, solid stress analysis functions, etc., and the boiling and condensation analysis calculates the velocity and temperature of gas and liquid at the same point. We have a rich lineup, including a two-phase flow package that can perform surface reaction and plasma analysis, a CVD package that can perform surface reaction and plasma analysis, and RhinoCFD that has maximum compatibility with CAD.
We respond to a wide range of requests, from initial analysis that checks the flow and temperature of a field through simple thermo-fluid analysis to advanced analysis that focuses on accuracy and phenomena.
■Features of PHOENICS 1: Easy mesh creation
Cut-Cell imageCurrently, when using fluid analysis software, mesh creation is the most time-consuming and time-consuming task. It requires know-how and is very time consuming. PHOENICS utilizes the revolutionary technology Cut-Cell (Parsol), allowing users to create complex CAD models and analyze them with almost zero mesh creation time.
■Feature 2 of PHOENICS: Easy analysis of moving objects
MOFOR image PHOENICS utilizes the features of structured grids and Cut-Cells to easily perform flow analysis of moving and rotating objects without using sliding meshes. This feature is called MOFOR (MOving Frames Of Reference).
