About This Product

Protection and monitoring of earth leakage current and overload are integrated into one unit. Realizes protection and monitoring of leakage current and overload in low voltage circuits. It is possible to measure earth leakage relays, thermal relays, and various electrical quantities with one unit, contributing to total cost reduction.

■DLOR-110 product features

・Earth leakage detection function Constantly monitors the insulation condition of the circuit when the circuit is live. Preventive maintenance is possible by detecting resistance leakage current (IOR), which can cause electric shocks and fires. ・Overload detection function Detects overcurrent caused by motor overload or restriction, and protects the motor from burnout. Detection characteristics comply with JIS standards, JEM standards (static type, thermal type), and IEC standards. ・Various output formats Equipped as standard with 2 alarm outputs (earth leakage/overload), 4 analog outputs, and 1 pulse output. ・440V direct connection 440V can be connected directly to the input, eliminating the need for a transformer, contributing to improved measurement accuracy, cost reduction, and space saving. ・Relay test function ・Since it is possible to simulate output of each protection element by operating the main unit without adding any input, it is possible to simplify relay test equipment and shorten test time. ・Compatible with ZCT of each company Compatible with ZCT manufactured by Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems Co., Ltd., Taiwa Electric Industry Co., Ltd., and Omron Corporation.
