■Limit gauge for parallel threads
The limit gauge for threads used for thread inspection is set to the same grade as the thread standard, and a limit type thread gauge is used that has a set of corresponding ends and ends. Conventionally, JIS has two types: one for machining and one for inspection, but the new JIS does not differentiate between them.
■Standard thread gauge
A standard thread gauge is a pair of thread gauges, a threaded plug gauge and a threaded ring gauge, which fit snugly into each other. The thread elements are made very close to the thread standard thread shape and standard dimensions.
■Parallel thread gauge for pipes
