About This Product
■0.64 (025) Non-waterproof SRS connector
We have developed non-waterproof connectors (MX57A/MX57B series) that are compatible with small and low-cost SRS ECUs for light and small vehicles. This connector is smaller (horizontal pitch between terminals 2.2 mm) and lower profile (height 14.8 mm) than conventional products, and has a function to prevent accidental airbag explosion by forming a short circuit when mated. . In addition, by using the proven 0.64 (025) socket terminal of existing products, we ensure the same reliability as before.

・Horizontal pitch 2.2mm staggered board-to-wire type
・Number of poles is MX57A series 30 poles, MX57B series 48 poles
・2-block product considering in-vehicle harness layout
・The socket terminal uses our existing SRS non-waterproof 0.64 (025) terminal to maintain performance.
・Short function to prevent accidental airbag explosion due to squib line static electricity
・Can electrically detect that the connector is mated
・Uses reflow compatible resin material
・Random gold plating available (Please contact us for details)
