The Superluminescent Diode (SLD) light source is an advanced incoherent light source from SUPERLUM (Ireland). This product covers a wide range of center wavelengths (650nm to 1620nm) and offers single-mode and PM fiber output. Furthermore, the FWHM (half width) is wide from 7nm to 100nm, making it suitable for many applications. Various types are available, including butterfly packages and CAN packages, and are suitable for OCT, gyro, optical communication component evaluation, etc.
