About This Product
■Custom manufacturing of AOM is Brimrose's specialty.
Brimrose's free space AO modulators (AOMs) are used for laser beam intensity modulation, frequency shifting, pulse control, and switching applications. Wavelengths range from ultraviolet to infrared, and can be used for low to high power applications. We offer AOMs in conduction-cooled or water-cooled packages. A TE cooler type package is also available upon request.
A benchtop type RF driver for laboratory use is available as standard. Housing drivers for OEMs are also available upon request. There are fixed and variable RF frequency drivers. For intensity modulation, you can specify an RF driver equipped with either analog modulation, digital (TTL compatible) modulation, or both. Brimrose also has an AOM with a high carrier frequency of several 100 MHz in its lineup, making it ideal for academic experiments. AO modulators are custom designed for each request.
