About This Product
RAYLASE's 2D galvo scanner allows the laser beam to be precisely deflected in both the X and Y axes. With this advanced technology, laser processing equipment can irradiate a laser beam at any desired location and achieve precision marking and cutting operations over a wide two-dimensional area. At the heart of the technology is a specific working area called the "marking field", where two mirrors driven by a galvano scanner are responsible for deflecting the laser beam.
Galvo scanners can be used in a wide variety of applications, including laser processing, marking, and engraving, providing flexibility and high performance to meet industry needs. We have models compatible with various lasers such as CO₂ / YAG / LD, so you can choose according to your processing application.
■Key points for selection: digital method and analog method
Each galvano scanner head uses digital or analog components for position control, feedback circuitry, and galvano axes. Scanners that use digital parts and perform digital control are generally called digital methods, and scanners that use analog parts and perform analog control are generally called analog methods.
In general, digital methods use position feedback, so they are resistant to thermal drift and can also obtain position information. On the other hand, analog methods are said to be less accurate than digital methods, but they have an advantage in terms of price.
