About This Product

A rich lineup of one-touch fittings that can be used for all types of piping. Water can also be used depending on conditions. (Excluding space-saving type)

■Features

・High performance and high quality: Lock claws grip the outer circumference of the tube evenly. Even after many years, it feels like new when you put it on and take it off. A uniquely shaped elastic sleeve shuts out air leaks. ・One of the best variations in the industry: A wide variety of sizes with different diameters. Conventionally, two fittings were required, but only one fitting is required. It is possible to reduce the amount of joints used, reducing costs and space. ・After installation, the extraction angle of the resin body can be changed. ・Centralized piping is possible: Triple types (PKD, PKG, PKJ) and triple double types (PKVD, PKVG) are compact and allow for centralized piping. ・Clean room packaging specifications ideal for piping in clean environments are available (optional): Use fluorine grease and clean with clean air, then package in a clean room (equivalent to ISO class 6). ・Clean cleaning specifications are available that are ideal for various manufacturing processes that dislike particles and oil (optional for clean room packaging specifications): After performing vacuum ultrasonic cleaning using HFE (hydrofluoroether) in a clean room, deaerated packaging is performed.
