■Temperature management
To manage high-wattage packages, heat pipes can be soldered to the board mounting surface, or finned heat sinks can be connected to the bottom or top of the board to adjust temperature management.
■Fine pitch socket
We offer over 120 types of standard and custom fine pitch sockets. Typical pitches are 1.27mm, 1.0mm, 0.80mm, 0.50mm, 0.40mm, 0.35mm, 0.30mm, 0.25mm, and we also offer narrower terminal spacing.
■Optical access to package
- We offer sockets that are compatible with standard packages that require access to the top of the package. Can be designed to accommodate digital camera imaging sensors, LEDs, and other optical packaging styles.
An opening in the socket cover illuminates the package, allowing for failure analysis procedures such as emission microscopy (EMMI) access to the top of the package during testing to measure the light emitted from the package. I'll make it.
