About This Product

Saint-Gobain's Furon® fluoropolymer valve is a pneumatically operated, manual valve with high purity, high cleanliness, and low pressure loss, made from high-purity fluoropolymer used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The wetted parts do not use O-rings or metals, and are made of 100% high-purity PFA/PTFE. Fluoro Polymers are Fluorocarbon Polymers/Fluoro Resin, such as Teflon™, which have properties such as water repellency, hydrophobicity, oil resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, insulation, slipperiness, and low It is a material with physical properties such as abrasion resistance and non-adhesion. In Saint-Gobain's Furon series valves, the wetted parts are made of 100% high-purity PFA/PTFE. No O-rings or metal are used on surfaces that come into contact with liquid.

■HGV series

Large 2-way valve with 50mm (2") orifice. Pressure loss is reduced by slanting the valve. Maximum operating pressure is 0.55 MPa, maximum back pressure is 0.55 MPa, and maximum operating temperature is 95°C. How it works is Both air operated and manual types are available.

■Features

・Saint-Gobain's Furon® series high-purity fluororesin valves are O-ring-free and metal-free on all wetted parts. In particular, models with high chemical resistance and corrosion resistance completely eliminate metal not only in the wetted parts but also in all valve materials, and some use highly durable improved fluororesin. ・Saint-Gobain supports custom valves according to customer requests.　　 ・Saint-Gobain valves pay attention to fluid resistance, pressure loss, Cv value, and liquid pool inside the valve from the basic design stage. Ideal for cleanliness, sanitary, and low pressure drop applications.
