■System overview
Honeywell Voice consists of a headset for the Talkman voice terminal worn by actual workers, as well as software and development tools installed in Talkman, and a voice (database) server. The audio terminal and headset have excellent environmental resistance such as an operating temperature of -30°C to 50°C and IP54/IP67 compliance, and are designed to be used in harsh environments such as cold storage warehouses.
■Picking work image
Workers wear Talkman and headsets and follow voice instructions from the server to perform tasks such as picking and inspecting receiving and shipping items. By reporting (replying) the work performed, the voice data is passed through the Honeywell VoiceConsole software on the voice server, converted to text data by the voice terminal Talkman, and sent to the core system. The core system can receive work details as text data and update the database in real time. With Honeywell Voice, you can avoid situations where you have to look away when checking a list or have your hands occupied when filling out inspection results, and you can achieve "hands-free" and "eyes-free" conditions, ensuring even more peace of mind and safety.
