The "VIP Evo" series of coaxial valves with a built-in air-driven actuator are revolutionary valves that achieve high pressure resistance and long life. Contributes to space and cost savings with high pressure resistance of up to 4MPa (kgf/cm2) and long life of 180,000 times of opening and closing. Even in usage environments where only actuators and ball valves could be installed up until now, VIP EVO can handle them.

・Exclusive design to maximize flow rate
・Pressure resistance 4MPa
・Vacuum: Maximum 97% ・Absolute value 30mbar suction side
・Vacuum density: 10-5mbar·l/s
・Using temperature range: –20°C to 150°C
・Product life: 180,000 times open/close
・High-speed opening/closing: DN25 model 70ms, DN50 model 160ms.
・Leak detection, ATEX explosion proof certification
・Oxygen specifications can also be manufactured (pressure resistance 3MPa)
・Magnetic limit switch (open/close signal) option
