About This Product

■World's smallest, only 6g. High-speed actuator with closed-loop control

Xeryon's miniature linear actuators are precise, high-speed microactuators driven by noiseless ultrasonic piezo motors with patented Crossfixx technology. The closed-loop specification has a built-in encoder and is capable of high-speed positioning with nanometer accuracy, while the open-loop specification has a built-in limit switch and is capable of high-speed repetitive motion of up to 1000mm/sec. A self-locking piezo motor maintains the actuator's position even when not powered. Energy consumption and heat generation are significantly reduced. The XLA series is the world's smallest class closed-loop controllable actuator. Actuator customization is also possible.

Miniature actuator XLA series closed-loop specification can select encoder with 1,250/312/78nm resolution (depending on rod length). There is a wide selection of rods, and strokes are possible from 5mm to 185mm.

■World's smallest class miniature actuator XLA series: Open loop specification

The XLA series open loop specification is an actuator that is one of the world's smallest in compact size, weighs only 6g, and can be driven at high speeds of up to 400mm/sec. The open loop version has a built-in controller and limit switch. There is a wide selection of rods, and strokes are possible from 5mm to 185mm.
