Silicon Bidirectional Switching Device (SBS) BS08D is an integrated circuit with bidirectional switching characteristics manufactured using silicon planar diffusion technology. The static characteristics are almost symmetrical in both directions, the switching voltage is 7 to 9V, and the temperature coefficient is 0.01%/℃, making it ideal for triggering various thyristors.
