About This Product

■Summary 2SA1363 is a resin-encapsulated silicon PNP epitaxial transistor. It is designed and manufactured with high collector loss and especially high collector current, making it ideal for small motor drives, solenoid drives, and power supplies. Additionally, the collector fins are exposed outside and can be soldered directly to the board, improving collector power dissipation. Can be used complementary to 2SC3443. ■Features ・High hFE hFE=150-800 ・IC with large collector current = -2A ・VCE (sat) is small VCE (sat) =-0.17V standard (@IC=-1A/IB=-50mA) ・PC with large collector loss=500mW ・Small size allows for smaller sets and high-density mounting ■Applications Small motor drives for VTRs, decks, players, etc., mechanical controller systems (solenoid drives), power supplies
