About This Product

■Cage (retainer)

The cage is built into the gap between the inner and outer rings, and its role is to keep the balls at the same distance to prevent them from colliding and causing increased friction.

■Injection molded cage

Injection molded cages made by pouring resin into a mold are products of stable quality.

■Light torque rotation

It rotates at low torque because it can be used without grease or lubricating oil.

■Selection of resin

・POM: Has well-balanced mechanical strength properties and has excellent fatigue resistance, wear resistance, creep resistance, self-lubricating property, and dimensional stability. ・PEEK: Excellent in self-lubricating properties, impact resistance, chemical resistance, fatigue resistance, heat resistance, etc. ・PPS: Excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, fatigue resistance, and dimensional stability. ・ETFE: Fluorine resin has excellent chemical resistance. ・PA66: Nylon resin is used as a resin retainer for metal bearings.
