About This Product

■Details

・This stage is ideal for observing and photographing with microscopes, CCD cameras, microscopes, measuring instruments, etc. ・Micro suction cup stage □100mm, maximum tilt angle ±90 degrees, tilt accuracy: 0.1 to 0.2 degree increments, tilt speed specification: 0.1, 0.2, ...1, 2, ...10, 15, 20, 25, 30 degrees/second

■Characteristics of electric tilt stage

- Can be used for observation at a maximum tilt angle of 90 degrees. ・Inclination accuracy in units of 0.1 to 0.2 degrees. The tilt speed can be specified in 0.1 degree increments. (0.1, 0.2 to 25, 30 degrees/second)

■Options

Digital angle meter or level, bubble level (with magnet), angle meter pedestal, controller pedestal, stage size change

■About the accuracy of integrated rotation angle display

・About ±0.2 degrees for light loads ・Approximately ±0.5 degrees at the lowest load that does not cause motor step-out

■Note

When the power is turned off, the holding force by the motor is lost, so the stage will rotate with a small amount of force. Therefore, it is necessary to place items while the power is on. Also, if you do not unload the loaded items before turning off the power, there is a risk of them falling due to the rotation of the stage.

■Micro suction cup

・You can fix the observation object by simply placing it on the stage. - If there is dust or dirt on the suction surface, the suction power will decrease, but if you wipe off the dirt with a wet tissue and dry it thoroughly, the suction power will be restored.
