About This Product

■Closed cells block heat. A highly airtight cushioning material that does not allow water or sound to pass through. Coloring, processing, and shaping can be done as you wish.

Protects products and the human body from all types of impact. It is a highly airtight cushioning material that does not allow water or sound to pass through. Since it is a closed cell, it blocks heat. Will not sink in water. Excellent cushioning properties. Coloring, processing, and molding can be done as you wish. Sunperka is a closed cell polyethylene foam crosslinked with a chemical crosslinker. Products ranging from 3x low foaming products to 50x high foaming products are obtained as thick products, with extremely fine bubbles, a soft feel, and bright beauty.

■Sunperca®L-1500H

L-1500H is a closed cell polyethylene foam with a 15x expansion ratio. By selecting the resin, reviewing the formulation, and adjusting the foaming conditions, we have achieved the same strength, lighter weight, and higher heat resistance compared to other companies' products with a foaming ratio of 10 times. By switching from the foam you are using to L-1500H, it is possible to make the cushioning material lighter and stronger when carrying returnable boxes or heavy items.

■Sanpelka® containing biomass

There is also Sunpelka®, which uses plant-derived polyethylene resin, which contributes to reducing CO2 emissions. Compared to conventional products, CO2 emissions can be reduced by 20% and 50%, and we have highly versatile grades that are 15 times and 25 times larger.
