As general packaging specifications for laptop computers, blocks made by assembling cardboard and blocks made from expanded polystyrene (EPS blocks) are widely used, but assembling cardboard blocks take time to pack, so EPS blocks had the problem of being bulky when delivered. But with this one-touch instant block, you can assemble it with just one touch. Since it can be delivered flat, it is not bulky like EPS blocks. This is a cardboard block that can instantly secure a buffer distance for products in all directions with just one touch.

■Significantly reduces assembly work time

Conventional assembly blocks require bending at least 2 locations x 2 blocks = 4 locations to secure the assembled blocks. Therefore, assembly was complicated and time consuming. With the one-touch instant block, you can complete the assembly by simply inserting it when making the block into a cylinder. By eliminating the traditional fixed work, the work time has been halved.
