About This Product
■Interior/exterior integrated packaging that allows you to simply assemble the case after setting the product.
・We devised a packaging case with a trapezoidal cross section for products that have various components mounted on a board.
・Normally, interior material is required to protect the mounted components, but by sandwiching the edges of the board with cardboard, we have achieved the function of fixing the board without using any interior material.
・Interior and exterior integrated packaging allows protection in all directions by simply assembling the case after placing the product in the center of the pad.
- No more forgetting to insert interior materials, significantly reducing work hours, and reducing material costs.
■Fix the base without using any interior materials
Normally, an interior material is required to protect the mounted components, but by sandwiching the edges of the board with cardboard, it is possible to fix the board without using any interior material.
■Easy to assemble
The direct box is just a piece of cardboard. A single piece of cardboard serves as both the interior material and the exterior case.
Once the product is placed in the center of the pad, simply assemble the case and the package is an integrated interior and exterior package that provides protection in all directions. Packing can be done in an intuitive and simple manner, eliminating the need to forget to insert interior materials, significantly reducing man-hours, and reducing material costs.
