About This Product

■It is easier to store and transport sheet glass that you want to avoid contact with other products.

Glass is an industrial product that has been used for a long time due to its high transparency. Perhaps because of its beauty, it also has the disadvantage of being easily broken. (Thanks to technological innovation, high-strength glass is increasing recently.) In particular, glass used in the field of building materials often has a large area and is heavy. As I mentioned earlier, it is sensitive to impacts and will break if you accidentally drop it while transporting it. Also, even if you lean it against a wall, there is a risk of it breaking if it slips. We have developed a trolley that makes it easier to handle this delicate material, glass, and we would like to introduce it to you.

■Storage and transportation within the warehouse is possible with this one unit.

The exterior size is 1.2 meters wide, 1 meter deep, and 2.3 meters high. The diameter of the casters is 25cm. It can accommodate 24 pieces of glass, and each piece of glass weighs 38kg (Glass size: 2,000 x 758mm, t = 26-30mm) 38kg x 24 = 912kg...about 1 ton. Not only is it large in diameter, but it also uses urethane casters, making it easy to transport. Plate rubber is pasted on the steel parts on the bottom and back, and the round pipes that serve as partitions to prevent glass from touching each other are also covered with vinyl tubes. Since the glass is inserted in an upright position, it is easy to insert and remove it. Each item is heavy, so this style of free standing is ideal for storage. Glasses of different sizes can be stored without worrying about the order. A bolt is also included as standard to prevent the glass from falling during transportation.
